Nature has it’s own way of being simply energizing and satisfying! Try this little trio of ingredients for an energizing and fulfilling snack.

Goji Berry Power Snack

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of goji berries

2 tablespoons of almonds

1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut

Directions:

Measure out into a individual container or make a larger batch & portion out 1/4 – 1/2 cup per serving.

 

Why is this good for me?

Almonds provide satisfying protein, fiber, and vitamin E, a power antioxidant.

Coconut provides energy boosting and nourishing Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs).

Goji Berries provide a boost of natural carbohydrate energy as well as powerful anti-aging and anti-oxidant health benefits.
