Recipe: Protein Power Balls
 
   
 


Hopefully you’ve had the chance to enjoy Healthy Grocery Girl’s Plant Protein powder in a delicious smoothie…it’s amazing! If you’re already a fan, we came up with another way to use our product. Check out our recipe below!

 

Healthy Grocery Girl Protein Power Balls

Ingredients:

½ cup oats, dry

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon dried cranberries, unsweetened

1 ½ tablespoons raw organic honey

1 ½ tablespoons almond butter (peanut butter optional)

2 scoops Health Grocery Girl Plant Protein powder

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl, kneading mixture together with hands until well combined. Form in to small balls (slightly smaller than a ping-pong ball). Recipe should make about 6 protein balls.

 

Tip: These healthy protein power balls are an excellent post-workout snack! If you’re on the go and don’t have access to a blender for a smoothie, pop one of these power balls in your mouth and still enjoy the benefits of Healthy Grocery Girl’s Plant Protein powder on the go!
