Health and nutrition coaching guides clients to achieve real health by eating natural and nourishing foods. Megan equips clients with the know-how to turn healthy habits into an everyday lifestyle. Clients choose to work with Megan as their Registered Dietitian and nutrition coach to:

  • Achieve and maintain a healthy weight

  • Manage and reverse high cholesterol, high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, diabetes, IBS and eating disorders.

  • Help with family dietary dynamic such as picky eaters and meal planning

  • Pre-natal, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition guidance

Initial Coaching Appointments Includes:

An initial appointment includes a thorough nutrition and health history assessment, initial goal setting for dietary and healthy lifestyle support, nutrition education for nutrition label reading, and answers to your specific dietary and nutrition questions and concerns.

Follow Up Appointments Include:

Follow up and accountability is key for healthy lifestyle changes. Follow up appointments provide on-going accountability, goal setting, dietary feedback, and nutritional resources.

Method of Appointments: Meet with Megan Roosevelt, RD, LD for an in-person appointment in the Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. Megan also meets with client’s remotely across the nation via Skype, Facetime, Email and Telephone.

The Healthy Grocery Girl Team will come to your house and provide A Cleanse For Your Kitchen! Your pantry, refrigerator, freezer and cabinets will be cleaned, organized & cleansed from any item that does not support your health goals. During a Healthy Kitchen Makeover, you and your family will receive education on:
