Cherry Chia Overnight Oats

A quick, healthy and satisfying breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk beverage I used unsweetened Hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of pitted cherries I used frozen cherries
  • 1 teaspoon of 100 percent pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts halves

Instructions

  • Add oats, non-dairy milk and chia seeds into a small bowl and mix together. Pour batter into a mason jar or container. You can also use the same container to mix the overnight batter to store it
  • Top with cherries, maple syrup and walnuts and then secure with a lid
  • Store in the refrigerator overnight
  • Enjoy in the morning, no cooking required!

Choose Organic ingredients when possible
