Coconut, Chia & Hemp Seed Fruit Salad

This recipe is great as a mid-morning, mid-afternoon or evening snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh fruit I chose berries
  • 1 teaspoon of whole chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon of hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Wash and slice fruit
  • Place fruit in a bowl and sprinkle on top of fruit: chia seeds, shredded coconut and hemp seeds
  • Enjoy!
