This is one of my favorite healthy snacks!

Ingredients

cup
of fresh greens
spinach, arugula and / or kale
1
medium apple
cored and sliced
1/2
fresh lemon
juiced
1/2
cucumber
sliced
1
cup
of coconut water
1
cup
of ice
1
teaspoon
of fresh ginger *optional
Instructions
Wash all produce
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender
Blend on high for 20-30 seconds
Enjoy!
