Green Slushy

This is one of my favorite healthy snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh greens spinach, arugula and / or kale
  • 1 medium apple cored and sliced
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger *optional

Instructions

  • Wash all produce
  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender
  • Blend on high for 20-30 seconds
  • Enjoy!
