Cucumber Mint Spread

A great dip or spread with carrots and crackers!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint chopped
  • And a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Rinse, seed, peel and slice avocado
  • Rinse and dice cucumber
  • Rinse, dry and chop mint leaves
  • Add avocado, cucumber, mint and a pinch of sea salt into a medium size bowl and mix together until evenly combined
  • Enjoy as a spread or dip!
  • This recipe would pair well with sparkling water and a fresh lemon wedge!
