Kale Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons HGG's Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup apples diced
  • 1/4 cup radishes diced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 -2 cups of packed kale
  • Top with broccoli sprouts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mason jar (in the order listed above)
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 - 4 days
  • Pour into a bowl when ready to enjoy
