of a fresh lemon
juiced

of a teaspoon of sea salt

of a ripe
Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced

teaspoon
black sesame seeds

teaspoon
hemp seeds
½
teaspoon
sunflower seeds
Instructions
Toast bread
Meanwhile, in a small bowl add avocado, lemon juice & sea salt and mix together
Spread avocado mix on toast and sprinkle with seeds. Enjoy!
