Super Seeded California Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sprouted whole-grain bread
  • ¼ of a fresh lemon juiced
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of sea salt optional
  • 1/3 of a ripe Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Toast bread
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl add avocado, lemon juice & sea salt and mix together
  • Spread avocado mix on toast and sprinkle with seeds. Enjoy!
