Kimchi Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup organic sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated/minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated/minced ginger
  • 1 ½ tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Farmhouse Culture Kimchi Gut Shot

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except the Kimchi Gut Shot, together in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once all the sugar has melted and the mixture starts to simmer, turn off heat and let cool. After the sauce cools add the Kimchi Gut Shot and stir together. Serve with brown rice and sauteed or raw veggies!
