Yogurt Granola Breakfast Popsicles

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder optional
  • 1/2 cup of homemade granola

EASY MAPLE VANILLA GRANOLA

  • 2 cups of gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • To make granola, preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Spread granola evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Toast in the oven for 1.5 hours, stirring often.
  • Fill popsicle mold 90 percent of the way full with yogurt & berries, then top with granola.
  • Store in the freezer overnight.
  • Store extra granola in an airtight container & enjoy within a week.
