Ingredients

SALAD INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 cups of romaine
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 4 radishes
  • ½ cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup of olives

LEMON TAHINI DRESSING

  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash & chop all ingredients!
  • Optional, you can spiralize the carrots & zucchini to create veggie noodles!
  • Add lettuce to bowls and tops with remaining ingredients!
  • To make salad dressing, add all ingredients into a jar & whisk together.
