Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture forms, squeeze and roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 1 week!
