Slow Cooker Apple Orange Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 minneola tangelo orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Juice the orange and chop the apple
  • Add everything into a slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 6 hours
  • Enjoy immediately or store in fridge
