  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!
