Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

cup
Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats
2
cups
non-dairy milk
2
tablespoons
chia seeds
¼
cup
raw cacao powder
2
tablespoons
sweetener of choice
honey, agave or real maple syrup
Fresh raspberries and sliced almonds
“Double Chocolate” option
2
tablespoons
mini dark chocolate chips
in place of sweetener
Instructions
Traditional
Add oats, milk, chia seeds, cacao powder and sweetener to a medium bowl and stir together.
Transfer to, two small jars and top with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds.
Cover and store in the fridge, enjoy the next day!
Double Chocolate
Add milk and mini dark chocolate chips to a small saucepan over low heat and warm while stirring together.
Simply soften the chocolate chips, we do not want them to melt completely.
Remove from heat; add oats, chia seeds and cacao powder, stir together and let cool.
Transfer to, two small jars and top with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds.
Cover and store in the fridge, enjoy the next day!
