Lemon Cashew Beet Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Limoneira classic lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup cooked beets steamed or roasted
  • 1 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with veggies and crackers to dip!
