Chia Pudding Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

small cantaloupe
1.5
cup
almond milk
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
blueberries
1/4
cup
cherries
2
tablespoons
diced mint
2
tablespoons
sliced almonds
Instructions
In a small bowl, add almond milk and chia seeds and whisk together. Let mixture set in the fridge until a pudding consistency forms.
Cut cantaloupe in half and deseed.
Fill with chia pudding and top with blueberries, cherries, mint and sliced almonds.
