Nourishing Breakfast Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ripe banana sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add water and oats into a pot and cook on the stove top.
  • Once oatmeal has finished, add your toppings and enjoy!
