canned pumpkin puree

nutritional yeast

canned coconut milk
Pasta Dish
Gluten-free pasta of choice
cooked
Pumpkin sauce
Fresh spinach
Hemp Hearts
Instructions
Add all sauce ingredients into a small pot, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Warm some olive oil in a large saute pan, over medium/low.
Add the spinach and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and a few scoops of the pumpkin sauce, stir over low heat for about one minute.
Serve topped with hemp hearts and enjoy!
