Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 bottle Tessemae's Classic Ranch Dressing & Marinade

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes.
  • Add to a large pot with cold water and a heavy pinch of sea salt; bring to a boil.
  • Cook until tender, about 15 minutes then drain.
  • Add half the bottle of ranch dressing and mash potatoes.
  • Using a strong wooden spoon finish mashing and stirring the potatoes; adding more ranch if needed. When I make this I usually use 3/4 of the bottle.
