Lemon Radish Spring Salad

Ingredients

Limoneira classic lemon

extra virgin olive oil

15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed

baby arugula
2
watermelon radishes
sliced
¼
cup
pine nuts

tablespoons
goat cheese
Instructions
Add arugula to a large bowl and add in juiced lemon, olive oil and sea salt. Mix to combine.
Add in cannellini beans, pine nuts, sliced radish and goat cheese.
