Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Limoneira classic lemon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 english muffin
  • 1-2 eggs
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, cook turkey bacon and eggs how you like.
  • Toast english muffin.
  • Add avocado to a bowl with sea salt and juice from half a lemon and mash with a fork.
  • Assemble sandwich with avocado mash, eggs and turkey bacon.
