Pink Lemon Raspberry Popsicles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pink lemon juice about 2 ½ freshly squeezed Limoneira pink lemons
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 3-4 tablespoons raw local honey
  • 4 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Juice lemons, then in a blender add lemon juice, water, raspberries and honey.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for 3+ hours. Enjoy!
