Sparkling Peach Lemonade Floats

Ingredients

Limoneira meyer lemon
2
ginger tea bags
1
cup
frozen peaches
Plain soda water
Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Steep two ginger tea bags in hot water for 10 minutes.
Add juice from lemon into tea.
In a large blender, add lemon ginger tea and frozen peaches. Blend until smooth.
In two glasses, scoop two scoops of ice cream in each glass, fill halfway up with tea and finish off with soda water.
