Sparkling Peach Lemonade Floats

Ingredients

  • 1 Limoneira meyer lemon
  • 2 ginger tea bags
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • Plain soda water
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Steep two ginger tea bags in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Add juice from lemon into tea.
  • In a large blender, add lemon ginger tea and frozen peaches. Blend until smooth.
  • In two glasses, scoop two scoops of ice cream in each glass, fill halfway up with tea and finish off with soda water.
