Creamy Orange Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Limoneira navel oranges
¼
cup
chia seeds
½
cup
non-dairy yogurt
3
tablespoons
maple syrup
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
orange zest
Instructions
Juice oranges to get 1 cup orange juice.
In a mixing bowl, add orange juice, chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Whisk to combine and then let sit for 15 minutes.
Thinly slice leftover orange and add into container along with chia pudding. Top with orange zest.
Cover and set in the fridge for 2+ hours.
