Peanut Butter and Cucumber Sandwich

  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
  • 6 slices of cucumber


  • Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread, add cucumber slices to one piece of peanut butter bread.
  • Top sandwich with the other slice of peanut butter bread and enjoy!
  • An optional delicious way to enjoy this sandwich is to toast the bread first!
