This recipe is so easy to make and a great vegan alternative to traditional coleslaw!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix together!
