Cucumber Mint Spread
A great dip or spread with carrots and crackers!

- 1 ripe fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
- 1 small cucumber diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint chopped
- And a pinch of sea salt
Rinse, seed, peel and slice avocado
Rinse and dice cucumber
Rinse, dry and chop mint leaves
Add avocado, cucumber, mint and a pinch of sea salt into a medium size bowl and mix together until evenly combined
Enjoy as a spread or dip!
This recipe would pair well with sparkling water and a fresh lemon wedge!
