Greek Salad

A meal worthy salad that tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 can 15-ounce garbanzo beans
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • HGG's Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Instructions

  • Wash, dry and chop romaine lettuce
  • Dice all other fresh veggies
  • Drain and rinse garbanzo beans
  • Mince fresh parsley
  • Assemble salad!
  • Top with HGG's Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
