Nut & Seed Snack Bars

Ingredients
2
cups
of dates
2/3
cup
oats
2/3
cup
almonds
1/3
cup
pumpkin seeds
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
1
pinch
of sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a crumbly and sticky mixture
Transfer mixture into a dish and press firmly with your hands
Then cover and let set in the freezer for 4 hours
Once bars have "set" for a few hours cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
I store my snack bars in the fridge or freezer
