Grilled Strawberry, Banana & Almond Butter Sandwich

This is like grilled cheese but completely dairy-free! Made with almond butter & fresh fruit it's so decadent and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter I used Naturally More Almond Butter
  • Fresh strawberries and banana slices or any fruit of choice!
  • 2 slices of sprouted whole-grain bread

Instructions

  • Spread bread, spread coconut oil on the outside and almond butter on the inside
  • Place bread coconut oil buttered side down in a stove top pan over medium to low heat. When bread starts to toast add strawberry and banana slices and place together
  • Cook to desired crispiness on each side
  • Enjoy!
