Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit
Unroll the crescent dough into a single rectangular sheet, spread the Chocolate Hazelnut Spread over the dough, going almost to the edge and sprinkle with ¾ of the chopped hazelnuts
Roll the dough, started at one of the long sides and pinch to seal when fully rolled
Cut the roll in half lengthwise and twist the two halves together making sure the cut side stays up
Form the twist into a circle and sprinkle with the remaining chopped hazelnuts. You can also brush on a little cooking oil and sprinkle with coarse sugar
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
