Chickpea of the Sea Dip With Crackers

Ingredients

large package gimMe Seaweed Snacks
1
can
15 ounces chickpeas
2
tablespoons
full fat coconut milk
1/4
cup
mustard
1/4
cup
of carrots
shredded
A pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper
gimMe Organic seaweed chips
Instructions
Roll seaweed snacks and slice into thin strips. Rinse & drain chickpeas and add to a bowl with mash coconut milk and mustard and mash. Add shredded carrots, a pinch of sea salt & pepper and seaweed strips. Mix together & Enjoy!
