Chickpea of the Sea Dip With Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 large package gimMe Seaweed Snacks
  • 1 can 15 ounces chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup of carrots shredded
  • A pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • gimMe Organic seaweed chips

Instructions

  • Roll seaweed snacks and slice into thin strips. Rinse & drain chickpeas and add to a bowl with mash coconut milk and mustard and mash. Add shredded carrots, a pinch of sea salt & pepper and seaweed strips. Mix together & Enjoy!
