Turmeric Ginger Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup of raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup of hemp hearts Manitoba Harvest
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in food processor and pulse until you create a sticky batter.
  • Roll into bites
  • Store in container in freezer for a few hours or overnight
  • Roll in turmeric and / or ginger powder before enjoying!
  • Keep stored in fridge or freezer. If they are stored in the freezer let thaw for a few minutes before eating.
