Lemon Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 Limoneira lemons juiced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve with chopped carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and crackers
