Lemon Chia Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup dried Turkish figs
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Limoneira classic lemon juiced
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a sticky batter forms.
  • Roll into balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
