Lemon Chia Energy Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Limoneira Classic lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw local honey
  • 12 ounces of filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium glass, juice 1/4 of lemon.
  • Add in raw local honey, filtered water, chia seeds and stir until well combined.
  • Let sit for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!
