  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • Bob's Red Mill Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
  • Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Egg Replacer

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together.
  • Cook in a preheated waffle iron and top with nut or seed butter, and maple syrup, enjoy!
