Blueberry Cardamom Oatmeal

  • ½ cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
  • A pinch of Cinnamon Cardamom & Coconut Sugar


  • Add oats and water to a pan and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and let cook until oats have absorbed the water stirring occasionally
  • Add cooked oats to a bowl and top with toppings
  • Enjoy!
