Turmeric Persimmon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 fuyu persimmon

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the persimmon, remove the top, core and any seeds.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for one minute, enjoy!
