Instructions
Add the chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and non-dairy milk to a small glass, bowl or jar and stir together.
Then cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 or more hours.
When the chia pudding is set, whisk the coconut cream with your sweetener of choice and pumpkin puree. Layer onto the chia pudding and top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, Enjoy!
