Super Seed Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 egg or vegan egg replacer
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender except the blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and top with blueberries.
  • Serve as you like and top with almond butter (for Ella we cut into sticks).
