  • 1 bunch curly kale rinse & deveined
  • 1 green apple washed & chopped
  • 1 non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute. Enjoy!
