Maple Apple Cinnamon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup soft dried apples
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup from Canada
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon filtered water optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse together.
  • Roll into one inch balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
