Pecan Maple Mini Pies

  • 1 16oz pie dough - store bought or homemade
  • 3/4 cup Real Maple Syrup from Canada
  • ¼ cup cassava flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cup pecans


  • Roll out the pie dough and cut out small circles 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Gently press dough circles into a non-stick or lightly greased muffin tin.
  • In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, then add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour the mixture into the dough cups.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
