Turmeric Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 30 apricots about 1 ½ cup
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • cup almonds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon about 2 servings MegaFood Daily Turmeric Nutrient Booster Powder
  • 1 tablespoon filtered water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until crumbling
  • Scoop ¼ cup crumbles into your clean hands and squeeze together, roll into balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
