Dairy-Free Lemon Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 Limoneira classic lemon juice & zest
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • Non-dairy whipped topping

Instructions

  • Add lemon juice, non-dairy milk, frozen banana and frozen cauliflower into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping and lemon zest.
  • Enjoy!
