16oz pie dough - store bought or homemade

Real Maple Syrup from Canada

cup
cassava flour

large eggs

tsp
vanilla

salt

pecans
Instructions
Roll out the pie dough and cut out small circles 2-3 inches in diameter.
Gently press dough circles into a non-stick or lightly greased muffin tin.
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, then add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Pour the mixture into the dough cups.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
