Coconut, Chia & Hemp Seed Fruit Salad
This recipe is great as a mid-morning, mid-afternoon or evening snack!

Ingredients

cup
of fresh fruit
I chose berries
1
teaspoon
of whole chia seeds
1
tablespoon
of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 to 2
tablespoon
of hemp seeds
Instructions
Wash and slice fruit
Place fruit in a bowl and sprinkle on top of fruit: chia seeds, shredded coconut and hemp seeds
Enjoy!
